  I went into the sprint store because my iPhone died. The lady at the counter told me I needed a new one. I listened and begun the process of upgrading. Then a young man walks in, clocks in and began to work. He casually asked me what's wrong. I told him. He fixed my phone in less than a minute AND showed me how to fix it in the future! 5 star employee right there! I should have gotten his name to give him a shout out! He made my day and saved me a ton of money! The other two employees looked angry at him. I guess I lost them a sale. But you know what, you should value honesty before sales.
