  I am very happy with the service I received. My unit was over 23 yrs old and I didn't want to put money into a unit that old so I was given several choices and since I plan on being in my house a long time I went with the custom install and a top of the line AC and heat pump. The techs were at my house for over 6 hours, replacing all the old copper tubing under my house, rebuilt the inside of the closet and cut another vent for a filter for better air flow. I feel I got my money's worth as my unit was completely redone. I look forward to see the reduction in my utility bills and peace of mind that my unit won't go out in the middle of a hot summer.

  Thanks Justin for coming in to my home looking over my system giving me a complete layout of what my problems were and how to fix and resolve the problem. Some might complain about someone coming in trouble shooting and give you the opportunity to do the the best thing for you the customer. Personally I thought that was great to take the time to over everything and give you some opportunity to review your problems. His in-depth analysis was really impressive from the time he put covers over his shoes not to mess up my floors. I would like to say that after severe weather all day The office called me waving there service fees for being late by thirty minutes calling me in advance saying they were going to be late. I highly recommend the company for there professional services and to Justin for his complete professionalism and performance. Job well done.
