  Terrible customer service and attitude. Stacked mugs up balanced 1 on top of the other when a 70 year old woman tried to pick one up another fell and broke. The manager did not want to tell the woman she had to pay for it, so she went to another customer to tell him to tell her that she needed to pay them cost on it. That guy told her off and proceeded to tell the lady to put everything back and not to buy anything there. The manager asked everyone to get out of the store including the old couple. Do not go to this gift shop as they have no manners regarding the elderly.
