  Took no less than 6 phone calls and 3 months to get them to come perform the work on our roof. On at least 4 occasions they said they "scheduled" the work and never showed up and never contacted us with an explanation. When you try to call them they use an answering service and can't get hold of anyone who can provide any information. We asked for the owner to call us which never happened. Saved a couple hundred dollars from the next lowest quote but not worth the aggravation.
