  I wish I could give 0 stars. I loved Superior Pest and since Arrow bought out I can only imagine this is why I had such a horrible experience 2 weeks ago. The technician disappeared on me after I opened my garage and prepared for him to spray. When I called looking for him, I was shuffled around, hung up on—- completely bizarre behavior. I received a bill on a service that was not rendered and when I called about that to the national service number, they apologized and assured me I’d receive a call back within 5 minutes. That was a week ago and I have yet to hear from them! I would stay far away from this company!
